Friday I lost my sister and I will never be the same again. A wake up call to walk with joy and compassion in this world as you never know how one is suffering or walking through life. I miss my baby sister.
I couldn’t have asked for better day. On a New Moon 🌑 in Taurus to come work on Jane’s land. South of the Des Plaines River and under the Illinois sky we moved the earth and bring life to things that need tending. To say good bye to the May Pole, to find the carcas of rabbit under the wood pile to symbolize new life, abundance and transition. To stack the wood that will take a few years to season for the womb of the lodge. All in a days work to complete the brand new outhouse. To come together with this multi generational crew. We choose our words and actions in compassion and good vibes to lift each other up and to prepare this space so we can enjoy it. A few years ago I prayed to meet more of this crew. Kind wise people. Thank you for taking me in as I am.

I cannot believe I went through all this crazy stuff. House fire, family emergency, a training. And now it’s getting better at the finishing line. On my birthday when Uranus is in Gemini! Out of my sun. It’s not over yet. Last night water spilled all over my notes and my teaching manual for my class today. But I did it! I trusted myself and I worked hard and went to the task. But wow what a rollercoaster. I am proud of myself. 🌞
