The One World Flag consists of a blue dot – the most simplified symbol for our common home: The blue planet. As a round flag is impossible to hang, the One World Flag has a unique background, something that can constantly change; The background of the flag is transparent, which means that the One World Flag is always changing, representing the ever-changing nature of culture, society, politics, and the environment of planet earth.
we would like to highlight the community aspect of the one world flag project by showing this project from Nigeria from 2022:
The @goetheinstitut_nigeria has founded a project to collect visual stories of unity and the One World Flag throughout Nigeria by sending @l4wl4h & @bokehub to different regions within Nigeria. The result was partly exhibited at the Goethe Institute in Nigeria.
