Welcome to our rebrand, FIRST Management, marking three decades of shaping careers across Irish media. Over the years, First Management’s work has taken the agency from fashion weeks to celebrity-packed schedules, guiding many talented people. The agency has represented many household names, building careers that stretched from glossy magazine covers to television screens and red carpets to working with leading brands and more.
Today, our roster includes many talents and models, and we are so honoured and proud to work with you all.
As the influencer and creator economy expanded, we were among the first in Ireland to prioritise long-term thinking, supporting our talents in moving beyond viral moments to build credible careers across broadcasting, business, and brand collaboration.

We’re delighted to welcome Becca to First Management.
An award-winning presenter, entertainment journalist, and content creator working across music, film, and pop culture, Becca brings energy, insight, and authenticity to everything she does. A fluent Irish speaker, she studied Journalism, Irish, and Sociology & Politics at the University of Galway before training at Bow Street Academy and the Gaiety School of Acting.
Becca is the creator and host of the award-winning Bulmers Sounds from the Secret Orchard podcast, a regular contributor to Irish radio, and has interviewed leading talent while covering major live events and red carpets. She has collaborated with brands including Wingstop, Jameson, Red Bull, and major music labels.
A passionate advocate for mental health awareness, Becca uses her platform to speak openly about grief, resilience, and youth mental health.
