Strong habits start early. Kid & Youth Strong is designed to help young athletes build confidence in how they move, train, and prepare for sport. Over 4 weeks, the focus is on running, jumping, change of direction, lifting technique, and warm-up habits that carry beyond the gym. With small groups and structured sessions, athletes get the coaching, repetition, and support they need to keep building. May 11 – June 4 60-min sessions Small groups (3–6 athletes) $200 | $175 Early Bird (No session on Victoria Day) Limited spots.
