World Championship silver medalist in the 4x400 and 400m semifinalist. This year tested me in every way possible, but through it all I kept running. To make my first world team and finishing the season with the 5th fastest time in the world at 43.91 means everything. Every setback, every sleepless night, every doubt it was all worth it.
