Hey jump on this quick if this turns your crank, I’ve got 10 different one of a kind hand-painted DRVs, also with a never before heard modded circuit. This is my first time doing something like this, and I think these turned out incredibly rad! Again, only one of each pedal exists, and you can see more info and full pictures of each pedal in individual listings, but don’t wait!
@lukeanselll is one of my favorite artists and favorite skaters. He’s done several large format murals around town, and a lot of different skateboard deck art. Almost everything about his approach is something that I would’ve never thought to do. The all-over paint is such a cool concept (you can check all the sides on my site). This has a distinctively punk feel to me, and I wanted a circuit that would reflect that.
@awolpedals had some great ideas to mod the DRV circuit, including a bigger input cap, for the most lows of any DRV to date, as well as a hybrid clipping section. The best way I can describe it is that it’s more aggressive. It gets cleaner than a standard DRV at the lowest gain settings, but gets wildly thick and distorted as you move into higher gain.
