The London Coffee Festival has officially started! ☕️✨
We’ve got a busy few days ahead. Here is where you can find us:
• All Festival: Find Venus espresso pouring over at the @macapgrinders stand.
• Friday: We’re launching a brand-new coffee (it’s a special one) when we brew with @moccamaster_eu on the @espressosolutions playground from 1:30pm - 5:00pm.
• Saturday: We’ll be serving up Sipro with the team at @eversysuk ☕️
We can’t wait to catch up with you all!
The seasons are shifting and so are we. We’re launching a very special menu next week, which means it’s time to say a fond (and slightly emotional) farewell to a few of your favourites.

• What is your favourite part of your job?
"My training sessions with our baristas - there’s a real satisfaction in helping the team master the equipment. Seeing the team's confidence grow behind the machine is huge for me; it ensures that whichever store you're at, that first sip is always exactly what it should be."
• Favourite coffee?
"Villamaria Natural for those incredible lychee notes, usually brewed over V60 or AeroPress."
• ...and your favourite thing to eat?
"House Breakfast (with extra eggs of course!)”
• What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
"I’m pretty active - you’ll usually find me at the gym or training MMA and kickboxing. I also love to draw, particularly hyper-realism sketches. Hiking and travelling are also big passions of mine, I’m currently planning a 1000km hike across Portugal.”
• Tell us a little bit about your time at 17GRAMS.
"When I first moved to Brighton, 17GRAMS was my go-to for coffee and brunch - it was the place I most wanted to hang out in, so I was so happy when a trainer position opened up. I’ve really enjoyed being able to dive into roasting and production; a major highlight has been taking that knowledge and turning it into a training programme for our team."
Coffee might be our first love, but a pot of @goodandpropertea is a close second. Happy National Tea Day to the leaf-lovers! Bright, clean, and perfectly steeped - come and celebrate with a brew that tastes like it should. 🫖✨
