First Guatemala adventure of 2026! We took the AIS hiking club to Zunil Volcano, one of my favorite camp spots. Good to see the kids getting out and having fun in the woods, they're already asking where to next.

Back to Back National Champions!
Looking back on this weekend, what a roller coaster of emotions. I broke my right pinky laying out for a disc in our first game. It seemed like I was done for the tournament and that honestly, hit me hard emotionally. I can’t thank my teammates enough for literally and emotionally picking me up and not letting me continue down that black hole of negative feelings.
Training hard and traveling all this way to not play was hard to swallow, but my role changed to being a sideline supporter and a voice in their ear every point from there onwards.
We took care of business in pool play, quarters and semis and eventually found ourselves back in the familiar position of playing for gold! With a solid hand brace and the trust of team leadership, I found myself back on the field and scoring a break point in the finals! Being able to contribute not only from the sideline was such a gift and in the end, our side winning on universe point 14-13 to take home the gold medal 2 years in a row was the reward we all worked so hard for.
I couldn’t ask for a better group of guys to take the field with and now I’m looking forward to healing this finger and representing USA at the World Championships this Fall!

This one was even tougher, a 2nd National Championship title with Johnny Walker!!!
Getting back on the field with this crew of guys to finish our season with a national title was the goal and we DID IT! The prep that each person put in this year was huge and I saw it pay off late in the tournament as we got stronger and stronger all the way to the last point. I feel so fortunate to still be playing this game that we love and competing at a high level with these fellas that put in the hard work to be a great team.
National Champions! Now we get to represent @usaultimate in next year's world championships, what an honor!
