Even though it was just a 45-minute set, the energy was pure joy. The whole dancefloor was buzzing since it was the night before the festival. Both Room A and B were peak-energy, so when I took over, I decided to drop the BPM and bring the energy down—pulling everyone back from socializing and leading them back into the groove.
I’m realizing more and more that high energy is just a moment. A great party is about storytelling through the ups and downs. A slow-burning narrative is what makes the night truly interesting.
