First race of the season was this weekend. And for a lot of riders it was a wake-up call. Arm pump halfway through the moto. Breathing through your helmet. Technique falling apart when fatigue hits. Not because you can’t ride… but because your body isn’t ready yet. The good news? The season’s just started. There’s still time to fix it, if you start now. I’ve opened 2 coaching spots for riders who want to get stronger, fitter, and more prepared as the season builds. Once the 2 spots are gone, they’re gone. DM “Race Fit” if you’re ready to get to work.

Turning up under-fuelled isn’t “being tough.” It’s being unprepared. Low fuel means: – slower reactions – sloppy technique – faster fatigue You wouldn’t race on fumes. Don’t ride on them either. #MotocrossNutrition #MXPerformance

Be honest. It’s not your suspension. It’s not your tyres. It’s not your bike. If you fade late, lose focus, or ride tense — that’s a fitness problem. You can’t tune your way out of fatigue. #MXFitness #MotocrossTraining #RideStronger

Anyone can train when it’s easy. Cold mornings. Dark evenings. That’s where the gap gets built. When the season starts, you don’t rise to the occasion — you fall to the level of your preparation. Train accordingly. #MXTraining #MotocrossFitness #BuiltNotBought

Feel like this on the start line? Heart racing. Arms already tense. That quiet guilt in your head knowing… you didn’t really do the work this off-season. Then this post is for you! That feeling doesn’t come from nerves. It comes from being underprepared. Right now, riders are splitting into two groups: 1️⃣ Those building a base that’ll carry them all season 2️⃣ Those hoping fitness magically shows up on race day Hope isn’t a strategy. For riders who want to fix it before the season starts, I’ve opened 3 coaching spots. They’re 25% off and locked in until the start of the season — so you arrive confident, not guessing. Once the 3 spots are gone, they’re gone. DM JANUARY to lock one in.

The hardest part of the New Year isn’t starting. It’s showing up after the motivation wears off. This is the week most riders drift back to old habits: ❌ skipped sessions ❌ sloppy nutrition ❌ “I’ll start again next week” But the riders who get faster this season? They’re already building consistency right now — when no one’s watching and it’s not exciting anymore. Motivation is temporary. Structure is what carries you through the season. If you’re serious about making this year different, don’t rely on willpower.

New year. Same bike. Same gear. Same excuses? Every January riders say: “This is my year.” But nothing changes unless your training, nutrition, and habits change. Faster lap times don’t come from wishful thinking. They come from: ✔ structured training ✔ proper fueling ✔ consistency when motivation fades 2026 doesn’t need more talk — it needs better preparation. If you want this season to be different, start now. 👉 DM 2026 and let’s build a body that can actually back up your goals this year. #NewYearNewSeason #MotocrossTraining #MXFitness #TrainForResults #RideStronger

Riders will spend all week tuning their bike… then show up to race day with: ❌ an energy drink ❌ a cereal bar ❌ nothing but fumes in the tank Here’s the truth: You wouldn’t put cheap fuel in a race bike. So why put it in your body? Your nutrition controls: ✔ your energy ✔ your endurance ✔ your arm pump ✔ your focus ✔ your recovery If you gas out halfway through a moto, it’s not always fitness — sometimes you’re just running on garbage fuel. When riders clean up their nutrition, their performance changes FAST. #MotocrossNutrition #MotoFuel #MXPerformance #RideStronger #EatForPerformance

A lot of riders think the answer is always: “Just ride more.” But if you’re unfit, inconsistent, or under-fuelled… riding more just means getting tired faster. If your heart rate spikes, your arms pump, and your technique falls apart — that’s not a “bike problem”… That’s a conditioning problem. Fix the engine (your body) and suddenly: ✔ Longer motos ✔ Less arm pump ✔ Better flow ✔ Faster lap times Train smarter, ride stronger. #MotocrossTraining #MotoFitness #MXConditioning #RideStronger #TrainToRide

Riders obsess over every detail of their bike setup — but they don’t apply that same precision to their body. You’re showing them why that’s the missing piece. You’ll spend hours dialing in your sag, clickers, and tire pressure… But when’s the last time you dialed in your body the same way? Your fitness, strength, and endurance are your real suspension setup. The smoother and stronger you are — the better your bike performs. Stop guessing. Start training with intent. I help riders train like they ride: structured, consistent, and built for results. #MotoFitness #MXPerformance #TrainLikeYouRide #MotocrossTraining #RideStronger

Every rider talks about “motivation,” but you show that discipline and structure are what separate weekend warriors from real competitors. Everyone waits to “feel motivated.” But the riders who actually win? They show up whether they feel like it or not. Motivation fades. Structure wins. You don’t need hype — you need a plan that keeps you accountable. That’s what I build for my riders 💪 #MotoTraining #MXFitness #RideWithPurpose #DisciplineOverMotivation
