It’s the Silly Cheeze-‘Steak’! Sautéed onions and peppers, specially seasoned seitan and Bear Face Beer cheeze sauce, on toasted ciabatta, served with salad and chips. Tenner. Serving tonight and tomorrow (and a lot more in the future)!
