In 2025, I got back to running.
5km minimum. 100 days.
Some days, 5 was enough. Other days, I couldn’t stop if I tried. Through snow, rain, shine and fatigue.
100 days wasn’t about motivation.It was about showing up when I didn’t feel like it.
