Went up to Nottingham yesterday to visit the @ouryard.co Foundations exhibition at @new_art_exchange
We animated and projection mapped the installation documenting the stories of Lady V and Channel One System
Really grateful to be apart of this very important archival exhibition, which documents the influence of soundsystem culture in the UK. Channel One Soundsystem and systems alike were a huge part of my musical education as a teenager in Birmingham, so getting to honour Mikey Dread’s story felt particularly special
Thank you for having me @natecoltrane , always super impressed by your work and excited to see where this project takes you :)
Open until 21 Feb - 2nd May
Recently designed this gauze curtain for our party at Moulescoomb community hall 🌞
It’s been so much fun playing with new set ups and experimenting with new ways of incorporating visuals without them dominating the space / being the main focus
Extra lovely seeing everyone interact with the the visuals throughout the event, (fake) swords and all!
Very happy to say we’ve just received funding from @prsfoundation to continue to put these parties on. It’s becoming harder by the day to find spaces in Brighton to run parties in, if you’ve got a space going that you’d like to see people dance in, please get in touch!
WhatsApp link in bio for next party updates :)
126 at The Farm!
What an absolute joy our first parties in Brighton have been!
The crowds really really made these parties so special, I can’t thank everyone who came enough. In all my work, nothing quite beats the feeling of seeing a room full of people dancing with old friends and new
At our first party we invited guests to draw their friends with their eyes closed and have made them into a tea towel! These will be available to preorder at our next event on the 28th
We’re very excited to be teaming up with @shapes_._ for the next one, we’re really stepping up our game, it’s going to be a real treat for the eyes and ears 😋 - link in bio

Some last pics of Parting Clouds⛅️
Having a lot of fun working on a new project coming this September! A lot of experimenting with merging tech and print media, excited to share sooon🗺️
24 clips filmed across April and May. The audio was recorded while waiting at a small port on a tiny island (14.22 km²)
The last ferry back to the mainland departed but there were still around 100 people waiting to board, including myself. There were no staff left at the port and no announcements letting us know what was going to happen. No one panicked, as you can hear in the audio, people chatted and laughed, speaking languages I couldn’t understand. Sensing a calmness in their voices allowed me to trust that we would make it back to the mainland safely. After 45 minutes, we heard the hum of a ferry approaching. As we finally boarded, everybody cheered.
Listening to unintelligible words at the port somehow comforted me and reminded me of when I would visit @hello_18174 in Berlin as a teenager. We would cycle around the city at night with her friends. I didn’t know where they were taking me, or what options were being discussed, but trusted in the people around me that the final destination would be a good one. A feeling I’m very grateful to have experienced :)
