Super excited to be part of the @glaad 2025 Black Queer Creative Summit cohort. This year has been full of musical opportunities for me from performing my first SXSW showcase with @thecoloragent , working on the release of my new EP and now to being flown out to LA for this amazing chance to collab with like minded folks. A huge shout out to GLAAD as well as the people in my corner who believe in me and keep me going. 🫶🏼
No words can explain the amount of love I have for this woman. She is grace in the face of adversity and power radiates from her when faced with fear. She loves from a place of compassion all while being the most stunning woman I’ve ever seen. I met a man named Earnest Jones at the No Kings protest yesterday who told us the tale of his wife’s passing. He said he would give it all up for just 10 more minutes. He was blessed enough to have had 52 years and 12 days with his love, and I just ask God for the same grace. Grace to get the opportunity to wake up next to her every morning. The privilege to put a smile on her face and the time to see her grow throughout life’s many changes. Too much? Maybe, but Im gonna marry her so suck it!
It’s almost Trans Day of Visibility so here’s a little throwback to #SXSW at @thecoloragent showcase for queer artists. At a time when our right to exist is under attack, I’m grateful to have been a part of something that celebrates us. Thank you to the people who showed up and showed out. Stay tuned for what’s up next!
