To our interns out there this summer🤩💭⬇️
We know it’s not always easy walking into spaces where you don’t see many faces like yours.
But you’re there. You earned it. And you’re changing the game just by showing up.
Keep going. You’re not just part of the future – you are the future. 🌎💫
You may have seen in the press that we’re facing a legal challenge to our eligibility criteria.
It hasn’t been easy. But it hasn’t changed our mission.
We exist to drive equity in access to internships, careers, and long-term opportunities for underrepresented early career starters with the potential, but not always the chance.
But we cannot do it alone. We need your help.
We’re asking for £10 donations. That’s the #10for10K pledge.
We know it’s not a small ask. But if you believe in this work, and you’re in a position to give, this is the moment. And if you’re able to give more, it will go even further.
Every donation supports our programmes that change the trajectory of hundreds of lives, opening doors that once felt out of reach and turning potential into our future leaders, changemakers and professionals across every sector in the UK.
Please donate via the link in our bio and support #10for10K.
Underrepresentation isn’t abstract.
It’s measurable.
It shows up in who gets the interview, who gets the opportunity, and who gets left out of the room.
These aren’t isolated statistics.
They show how unequal access compounds across careers, sectors and generations.
At The 10,000 Interns Foundation, we’re doing our part to change that by creating access to paid internships, professional development and long-term career opportunities for early career starters. ✨
If you believe access shouldn’t depend on background, support our work through the link in bio.

If the Foundation has meant something to you, please support us and donate #10FOR10K via the link in the bio.
A far-right influencer is suing the charity @10000blackinterns , claiming their trailblazing schemes supporting Black people are “anti-white”.
We’re pushing back.

To our Class of 2025... 🌞💼❤️
Last summer, many of you stepped into spaces you once thought were out of reach and made them your own.
Now, you’re continuing to grow across careers and sectors you once only dreamed about and we couldn’t be prouder of you. ❤️
If you believe in our mission of creating a future where talent, not background, determines access to opportunity, help us create more opportunities like this for the next generation and donate #10FOR10K.

POV: You finished a 7 week internship through the 10,000 Black Interns programme and come out with industry experience, confidence and a whole new network! 👀🔥💫
Lee-Anne spent last summer at @ucas_online and she’s telling us what the experience was really like.
Just a reminder: you are greatness in motion.
Not just in the big moments, but in the quiet ones too. The ones where you keep going, keep showing up, keep choosing yourself.
Keep going. You’re doing more than you think. 🤍
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
Start where you are. Use what you have. Grow into who you’re becoming.✨
Your future self is waiting on that first step.
Take it. 👀
