Had a great time this past weekend helping my buddy @lukedellmyer teach a 2-day chef knife class. Always cool seeing a pile of steel turn into finished knives and watching students leave with something they made themselves.
His shop is incredible too! packed with just about every tool imaginable: forges, anvils, grinders, and a few power hammers. A seriously inspiring place to spend a weekend making knives.
If you’ve ever wanted to make your own knife, I highly recommend booking a class with him. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already making knives, it’s an awesome hands-on experience.
