Not many people know this, but while I’m a huge fan of Captain America, my very first childhood superhero was actually a Mighty Morphin Power Ranger.
Growing up in Indonesia, my Sundays were non-negotiable: I was always in front of the TV, glued to the screen for the weekly broadcast. I spent those mornings dreaming of what it would be like to actually wear the suit and hold the weapons. 🌏✨
Fast forward to WonderCon 2026, and that dream finally became a reality. Bringing this full-scale Power Blaster to the floor felt like a 'mission accomplished' for that kid watching TV in Indonesia. Seeing the fans' reactions to the combined weapon made all the build hours worth it!
The Cosplay Reality: Even superheroes have bad days! 😂 In these shots, I’m actually missing one of my white gauntlets. I had to use some serious 'Power Ranger' reflexes to strategically hide my bare hand behind the Power Blaster in every single photo. If you can’t see it in these 8 slides, I did my job! 🤫🕵️♂️
