On this day last year, I accomplished a dream I thought could never become a reality. My life changed over night when I least expected it to.
Constantly chasing a dream that no one else can see but you can be very hard, but that should be your motivation to keep on fighting. Just because others give up on you doesn’t mean you have to give up on yourself. Only you know how far you can go. Never give up because no dream is impossible.
I was able to win an international crown, become the first black woman to win that crown and the first to bring the crown home to the United States of America.
If I had given up when people told me to, I would have never accomplished this dream.
Keep on fighting you will eventually succeed❤️
