@extr.emelyne is an active force within Naarm’s vibrant music scene, known for her expansive and exploratory approach behind the decks. Her one of a kind energy and enthusiasm around music brings people together, weaving forgotten gems with little heard global sounds into deeply considered selections.
Revered for her breadth and versatility, she moves fluidly through UK-inspired sounds, broken beat, forward-thinking rhythmic productions and booming dub, with a deep love for bass heavy and experimental styles. She also explores these sounds through her weekly PBS FM show The Blend (co-hosted with Bevin @blendcorp ), which spans hip hop, bass, dubstep, garage, jungle, downtempo and experimental electronica.
