@isabellucas and I welcomed a new life into the world a couple weeks ago in Byron Bay, Australia. He’s a healthy little guy who enjoys his mama’s milk and naps (typical).
Isabel and I met through mutual friends, I spent a good amount of time here from 19 through my twenties. We connected over our shared values and respect for each other’s work.
We quickly found ourselves on our way to celebrating a new beautiful life. It’s been an adventure and we are joyfully navigating the challenges of child rearing in our rooted bi-hemispheric realities. Watching Isabel become a mother has been deeply moving. I have enormous respect for her strength, grace, and the care she brings to our son.
