In observance of Vietnam Veterans Day, a ceremony was held March 27 at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu to pay tribute to those who served in the Vietnam War. National Vietnam War Veterans Day, observed March 29, commemorates the departure of U.S. combat forces from Vietnam, and honors the service of Vietnam-era veterans.
