The women in my life lift me up when I forget my strength.
They hold me when life feels heavy.
They remind me of my power when I momentarily lose sight of it.
For a long time, I carried a sister wound.
I kept women at a distance without even realizing it.
Trust felt fragile.
But slowly, through courage and honesty, I began letting women closer.
And it has been one of the most beautiful reclamations of my life.
To sit in circles.
To share truth without competition.
To witness and be witnessed.
Women have a way of reminding each other who we really are.
So today, on International Women’s Day, I celebrate the women who walk beside me.
Surround yourself with women who remind you of your power.
Women who celebrate your light.
Women who hold you in your becoming.
There is medicine in sisterhood.
Happy International Women’s Day. 🌹
