There’s something powerful about being called into a room not just to attend, but to contribute.
Today reminded me what it means to be seen for your expertise. Sitting alongside leaders, each intentional, each exceptional in their own field, was amazing in the best way.
The room was strong, focused, and full of purpose.
And here’s the lesson I’m taking with me:
Growth isn’t just about getting into bigger rooms, it’s about becoming the kind of person those rooms require. The work you do in private … you see that your discipline, your consistency, your commitment to mastery, is what earns you a seat at tables that matter.
So when you find yourself in those spaces, don’t shrink. You didn’t get there by accident.
