They can affect your energy, confidence, hormones, emotions, and the way you feel connected to yourself. And a lot of women are silently carrying that weight alone.
That’s why I created The Fibroid Reset. A restorative wellness experience for women currently navigating fibroids or in their healing journey post-fibroids.
This experience is designed to help women slow down, release tension, reconnect back to their bodies, and feel supported in a soft, intentional environment through gentle stretch, mobility, breathwork, and restoration.
We’ll also have light refreshments, wellness conversation, and community support for women navigating their journey both pre and post-fibroids. We’re honored to collaborate with
