A hip hip hooray to Sylvain Courbet, now Chef de Cuisine on the Farm 👏 Since arriving in our corner of Vermont over ten years ago, Sylvain has climbed the kitchen ranks from dishwasher to sous chef to executive sous chef and now leads the culinary crew each day as Chef de Cuisine.
Sylvain loves teaching his team new techniques and notes "It is important that we all grow together." Now a true Vermonter, Sylvain loves gardening, fishing, playing with his young kids and even mountain biking with @chefnathanrich .
We can't wait to watch Sylvain as he continues to share with guests just what goes into the masterpieces on their plates — the stories that are close to his heart. #TwinFarms
