My loquat season has past. But it was preserved in five jars of jam. And biwa cha (loquat leaf tea) will sustain until next year. The squirrels feasted while the fruit lasted.

@jennapeffley I pick several fresh leaves each day for tea. Rinse, scrape the fuzz off the backside of the leaf (can cause throat/mouth irritation if you don't) then steep in hot water. Beneficial to health. Easy to research on-line. Enjoy!
