"I pray the day never comes, when my generation forgets the sacrifices of our heroes past&present. Heroes who fell on the battlefield, that we might stand as a proud&free people. Heroes who denied themselves the warm cuddle of loved ones and embraced heroically, the cold hands of death; that we might enjoy a posterity of hope. No! Not on my watch will that day come! Not on our watch brother. For this day, we declare, that immortality is yours; you shall never be forgotten. Eternal rest LORD, grant our fallen soldiers. To the living&active personnel of the armed forces of Nigeria, our love, our fealty and our prayers, we offer thee. Be rest assured, that those with you are stronger! Together we shall defend the Fatherland from the marauding invaders. Weep not dear soldier, together we shall prevail!!!
