Can’t believe i’m actually writing this but last night my guitar hero and one of the nicest guys in the biz
@garyclarkjr saw me in the front row and called me up on stage, right before the outro solo of When My Train Pulls In…… It was like one of those childhood dreams except it was real….. We’re trading licks and i’m looking over to my left and there is JJ Johnson, the drummer i have probably listened to the most through his work with Tedeschi Trucks, Mayer, Doyle Bramhall, Ariel Posen etc. Goosebumps ALL over.
