I honestly don’t know what kind of Pension Fund Administrator Pension Alliance Limited (PAL) claims to be, because what they have put my father through since his retirement is nothing but wickedness, inefficiency, and pure frustration.
My father retired from Kaduna Polytechnic in August 2024, and ever since, PAL has done everything possible to deny him peace of mind. First, they “lost” his retirement enrollment records — imagine that, losing such important records! Because of their so-called inefficiency, he couldn’t even access his own entitlements when he was supposed to.
After he lodged a complaint with PENCOM , the entitlements were finally sent to PAL, and he submitted all the necessary documents to get paid. The process was completed on 21st August 2025 , yet up till today 30th August 2025, his account has still not been credited.
This is not just delay — this is deliberate wickedness and negligence. He has visited their Kaduna office, the experience was nothing short of shameful. Phone calls to the head of the Kaduna office went unanswered, no courtesy, no professionalism, nothing!
Tell me, how can retirees who served this country faithfully be subjected to such hardship at the hands of an organisation that is supposed to protect their future?
PAL Pension has frustrated my father beyond measure. If by 1st September 2025 his account is not credited, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter, go public even louder, and take legal action to claim damages for the suffering they have caused.
Enough is enough. PAL Pension, do the right thing.
