So I want to complain about something I don’t understand. While I was using the Awadoc on WhatsApp it asked me to upgrade for unlimited access so I tried the 950 pro plan. It was responding to me until it got to consultation and it scheduled it for me almost 4 times without getting to talk to any doctor it kept saying I upgrade and I already did rhen it will apologize that it was confusion. I later ignored consultation as it wasn’t working.
Wanted to continue normal conversation as to health issues. Then it stopped responding at one point and it said payment reminder rhat I have 11 hours pending payment of 3,500. How na?
I paid for pro plan of 950 for unlimited access according to awadoc and now it’s saying this? When I barely used the pro plan I paid for 3hrs and it claimed it’s a one month plan.
Now it has refused to reply any of my questions after these reminder. Biko what is going on?
