You make me laugh…. I’m sick of seeing you, your team and your “partners” attending awards and celebrating success while managing agents and installers are falling apart every single day. Businesses are collapsing. People are losing jobs. Families are under real pressure trying to cover bills, rent, mortgages — just to survive. I’ve even heard of someone being pushed to the point of considering suicide. And yet, you continue to promote growth, new deals and partnerships as if everything is thriving. How do you justify that? We don’t want PR. We don’t want excuses about inspections or processes. We want one thing: 👉 When will payments for January ECO submissions be released to managing agents and installers? A clear, honest date. That’s it. Because right now, people aren’t just waiting — they’re suffering. The delays, the lack of communication, the ongoing retention of funds… it’s gone on far too long. Businesses cannot survive like this. So I’ll ask again: When will payments be made? And if there’s no clear answer — is a protest outside your London headquarters the next step? Anyone else still waiting on answers?

Shame the one we got was completely incompetent, rude, hours late with no courtesy phone call. Never met such a rude and disinterested bloke in my life. I’d already emailed before he turned up saying I couldn’t empty my cupboard where the board is as I can only currently use one of my arms. No one had told him. Apparently my injury I live with every day was a huge inconvenience for him for a few minutes, rolling his eyes, throwing my property around like it was nothing. Then spent the whole time on the phone laughing and joking. I overheard someone on the other end of the line say “don’t worry, if you get it wrong just run away!!” Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if my board is safe as he left without providing me with any updates and don’t trust his work. I’ve sent an email complaint to Octopus over 24 hours ago and have heard nothing. Wish I’d never joined.
