I stopped forcing my body…
and started moving with it.
A quieter approach.
More intention in the small things.
Hydration. Rest. Gentle movement.
Nourishment from within.
In a few months, everything softened —
my body, my mood, my mind.
This is what a soft life feels like…

Very correct, I’ve been drinking bitter leaf water in the mornings to help my liver expel excess estrogen, and soursop leaves tea for my womb. I walk I talk to funny old people and listen to their stories 😂😂😂

Ma @krisasimonye 🙌, warm lemon water first thing in the morning is a game changer as well , it replaces the lost fluids the body uses during deep detox while we sleep at night
