Hi, @vodacom i trust you are well.
I'm trying to block a phone, it was stolen. I bought it at Pep stores, i had brought it for my younger brother. He told me today that he thinks the phone is stolen. I bought it on Sunday the 26th of April in Alberton Lemontree Pep store. I have the receipt. They stole the phone which was still it's in original package, with the Vodacom Sim card and the Telkom Sim Card. The Sim cards are prepaid. The phone is under Vodacom network . I have the receipt with the IMEI number and the Sim card number for Vodacom and for Telkom. I have been trying to contact Vodacom customer care on 082 135, but its really unhelpful when you are calling from a different service provider. Can i please be assisted, i just want to block the phone. Its a Xiaomi A5, black. I paid for it using my Ackermans account.
Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
I called vodacom to cancel my contract over a month ago but the cancelation was not processed. I am now abroad and they say that they refuse to process my cancelation via email or whats app. No respect for customers. @vodacom are terrible service provider
