I believe fashion begins with people. With their bodies, their emotions, their way of moving through the world. For this collection, I wanted to listen—to observe how people live, how they inhabit clothes, how they express themselves without performance. The community you see here is not constructed; it is felt. These are individuals with different stories, different sensitivities, different strengths, brought together by a shared presence rather than a shared image. I wanted them to be seen as they are, in real moments, in real places, because that is where truth exists. For me, this is Balenciaga today: a house that belongs to the people who wear it, that embraces vulnerability as much as confidence, that values connection over hierarchy. This community is an act of care, of respect, and of love—an affirmation that clothing can hold humanity, and that together, we are stronger, more beautiful, more real.
