Growing up, my cousin was just a year under me but he was one of the BEST athletes in the state of Mississippi. I watched him grind, compete, and dominate. He set the bar high and made all of us proud.
Now here I am, years later, with the opportunity to train his seed, his child. The next generation. That’s not just a workout… that’s purpose. That’s legacy. 🏆
