As a model and content creator, I got to a point in my career where I felt like I wanted to explore more opportunities and walk into bigger rooms, so acting felt like a natural next step; something I love and know I’d be good at.
So I mentioned to a friend (
@damiadefilm ) that I was open to acting. I didn’t have it all figured out, I just knew I wanted to try. She mentioned my name in a room I hadn’t even stepped into yet. And that one conversation became the door to my first movie appearance.🥹
When I got on set, I didn’t overthink it. I simply showed up, gave it my best, and had fun. I didn’t even think my scene will be in the movie tbh. Now months later, I’m watching that same film on the big screen… in actual cinemas. My first time seeing myself in this new light.
This reel is a reminder to myself: I’m living in my answered prayers 🙏🏼
It’s also a reminder to you; to stay ready. To be open. To say your dreams out loud. You never know who’s listening, or what’s already unfolding behind the scenes for your good ✨
