This is a vulnerable post. I’ve been having a morning. One of those mornings when the weight of the world has somehow found its way to me and my emotional state and nervous system (probably aided by perimenopause) needs to regulate. I’ve been drinking coffee & the universe- via this phone- has decided to show me the good in this World. A young woman traveling in Japan marveling at a meal made by a chef speaking a language she doesn’t know yet fully understanding the connection. A young martial artist that despite winning 1st place- pulls up rival competitors onto the podium to celebrate. A guitar player- 6? 7? - strumming and singing Indigo Girls. And as I watch I find myself relaxing, “all is fine with the world.”
So I ask you: what are you clinging to? What do you hold onto tightly and fiercely? You get to choose! Is it worry? Is it the incessant news cycle of doom and gloom? Or is it the laughter of your friends? Your faith? The beauty that can be found in the mundane (hint- it’s where all the best magic lives). The four of cups says- look at what you are clinging to- and if you don’t like it- cling fast to something else. ❤️

I got the message of doing with the awareness of collective good, not just doing it for my individual benefits. I felt collective, oneness energy from this card. It’s telling me it’s better and stronger to do my mission as a group.
