Evado is making Nigerian street rap for a new generation. The Southeast rapper mixes hip-hop, Afro-fusion, and Igbo influences into pain music that’s emotional and melodic but still raw. It’s a soundtrack for everyday survival. He built his following on Audiomack before breaking through in 2025 with “My Pay.” His 2026 album ‘Promise Land’ feels like a major moment for Eastern Nigerian rap and confirms him as one of the country’s most compelling new voices.
