A year ago I made a decision to intentionally show up for myself. Those small daily habits created a shift that goes far beyond weight loss, in how I feel, how I move, how I see myself, and how I show up in my business and my life.
The highest form of self-love is discipline. It wasn’t easy, but I am deeply in love with the woman I am becoming.
