A massive 71-acre walkable village center is officially coming to the heart of the equestrian capital.
Village Landing, Related Ross’ first major South Florida expansion beyond West Palm Beach, is a new mixed-use shopping and entertainment district anchored by a main street, a village square, and a lakefront boardwalk — bringing 220,000 square feet of retail, 100,000+ square feet of restaurant space, a 180-room hotel, and 90,000 square feet of office space to the western communities of Palm Beach County for the very first time.
The project will bring together a curated mix of over 80 shops, a diverse dining scene ranging from cafés to chef-driven restaurants oriented around the lake, and year-round programming including farmers markets, holiday festivals, fun runs, and pop-ups.
Groundbreaking is officially set for this fall.

If ONLY Ross would just keep it a farm… Lord knows we need more sustainable food sources locally. But Ross and his goons are taking and destroying land as fast as they can!
