Oler Oladele is a finance professional, CFA Charterholder, and founder of The Money Wit, a social enterprise focused on improving financial literacy across Africa. With over 16 years of experience in finance, she has held executive leadership roles in major financial institutions, including Parthian Partners Limited, where she contributed to innovative investment solutions and successful bond and commercial paper issuances.
Through The Money Wit, Oler has educated and empowered over 10,000 individuals globally and supported financial wellness programs for organizations such as Shell and Africa Re. She is also the host and Executive Producer of The Money Wit Show, a personal finance radio program airing across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
Oler is widely recognized for her expertise in personal finance, investing, and economic analysis, with features on BBC Africa, CNBC, Arise News, and Channels TV. She currently serves as Chair of the Employer Relations Committee of CFA Society Nigeria and is an alumna of the Oxford Executive Leadership Program.
